6. Security Cheque

• As part of our lease agreement, you may be required to provide a security cheque for the value of the leased vehicle.
• This security cheque is non-cashable under normal circumstances and serves as a guarantee against potential defaults or damages.
• The security cheque will only be deposited in strict accordance with the terms outlined in your specific Lease Agreement, typically in cases of unrectified payment defaults, significant breach of contract, or unreturned vehicle.

7. Vehicle Usage and Maintenance

• You agree to use the leased vehicle in a lawful and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations in the UAE.

• Any unauthorized modifications to the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
• You must notify Keylease immediately of any accidents, damage, or theft involving the leased vehicle.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information during the application or leasing process.
• Damage, misuse, or neglect the leased vehicle.
• Sublease or rent out the leased vehicle to any third party without our explicit written consent.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts.
